My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit on the small side but very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great for my visit to the convention center, but the area didn't feel very safe. The dining experience was supposed to offer a view of the city, but it was not as expected.
The hotel has a great location for exploring DTLA on foot with wonderful nearby dining options. While the rooms could be more spacious and lack certain amenities, the service is exceptional and provides fantastic recommendations. Overall, it's a good choice for those wanting to immerse in the downtown experience.
The hotel room was smaller than expected but very nice, suitable for short 1-2 day stays. The service from the staff was excellent, catering to my needs, especially on special occasions. The location was in a slightly sketchy area but convenient for short visits, although the lack of amenities and high holding fees were drawbacks. The dining experience was just okay, with overpriced items. However, the lobby ambiance was inviting. The facilities were limited but sufficient.
